    White Chocolate Pumpkin Fondue

    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 bags white chocolate chips (12 oz each)
    1/2 can of pumpkin puree (you can use the kind that already has spices if you like)

    Melt the butter with the heavy cream and simmer for a minute, add pumpkin and simmer again. Remove it from the heat and add the chocolate chips. stir and serve immediately

    Served this with apples, graham crackers, shortbread, pumpkin bread or pound cake.
